Spa Etiquette

Arriving Early
In order to provide each guest with unsurpassed service and attention, may we suggest that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your first visit. This gives us time to welcome you, and it also provides you with a moment to relax prior to your treatment.

In order not to inconvenience clients that are following you, we may have to reschedule or shorten your treatment if you arrive late.

Also, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our clients to complete a health history questionnaire prior to receiving treatment. Some of the treatments we provide may be contraindicating with certain medications or physical conditions such as pregnancy, allergies, recent surgery or other medical conditions.

Appointment Scheduling
To ensure preferred scheduling, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment with us prior to leaving the Medi-Spa. When we schedule treatment time for you, we reserve that time especially for you. Should you find it necessary to cancel or change your appointment with us, we ask that you give us the courtesy of two business days notice.

Spa Attire
Slippers, disposable under garments and spa robes are provided for your comfort. We also have a shower on site.

Gratuities
Gratuities are graciously accepted in appreciation for service excellence. Please note that gratuities are not included in our service price list or gift cards.

Gift Cards
To treat someone special to the Medi-Spa experience, a beautifully presented gift card can be purchased with Reception or on-line for any service or denomination.

Preferred Methods of Payment
We welcome Master Card, Visa, Debit Card, Cash, and Pembroke Medi-Spa Gift Cards.

Our Clients
Both men and women, over the age of 18 are welcome. (Clients under the age of 18 require parental consent for all treatments).
